بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
I've been wanting to write a new post for a while now. I cant say I have nothing to talk about, I think it might be too many things to write about..

But since the 21st night of Ramadan I had a topic in mind but i just didnt get around to posting it.. so here it is.. part of the post is arabic I will translate but if you want to read the arabic and your pc wont show it, go to view-->encoding-->more--> arabic windows. now here is my post..

Usually when I drive to asu east, I like to listen to something that would keep me interested otherwise I would fall asleep on the loooong boring 202. So I have 3 Surah's that I want to memorize that I play on and on..Surat Maryam, Surat Yusef, Surat al Kahf. So on the 20 day of ramadan I was listening to surat yusuf and as I heard it for the 100th time, I noticed an Ayah for the first time..
Ayah number 87, the later part of the ayah saying: "and never give up hope of Allah's Mercy. Certainly no one despairs of Allah's Mercy, except the people who disbelieve" sadaq Allah Alatheem.
"ولا تيأسو من روح الله, إنه لا ييأس من روح الله إلا القوم الكافرون"

The word "Rawh" mentioned in the Ayah means either mercy as mentioned above or the spirit.

I found this Ayah the most beautiful Ayah ever...Just think about it..in every day life when something happens to us, Alhamdulilah most of us remember that its a test from Allah SWT and we believe that Allah is with us and his mercy is showering us..

for lack of words to explain the beauty of this Ayah I will stop here and keep it up to you to apply it to your life which everway you think its right.

Never give up hope from the mercy and soul of Allah..

your sister,
Hope

SubhanAllah, so very true- I feel that when times are good, I don't thank Allah(swt) enough and when times are rough, I forget all the good that He has given me. InshaAllah this is a reminder to us that the rough times are a test, and He only gives us that which we can handle. Is 'Hope' your new alias? I like it! Hugs, Kong Hei :)

Thanks Amal. This is such a great reminder. :) It's so easy in this world to forget when one nasty thing happens to us..but Inshallah we shall all strive to remember what's most important! Thanks I also needed this today!
